My favorite appetizer by far! Not a big fan of dates to be honest but the chef works his magic and perfectly balances the flavors in this dish. Worth stepping out of your comfort zone and giving this a try.

The hanger is SO good!!! The caramelized onion purée is out of this world. I wish more was put on the plate it's soooo yummy. This is my husband and I's favorite dish along with the Escargot!
