One of my favorite dishes. Octopus is so tender and perfectly cooked. I have loved all iterations of this dish.
Lamb Sliders
The lamb sliders were out of this world! My girlfriend was speechless when trying them, it definitely made our date night worth remembering! Every dish was perfect but that one definitely stood out!
Duck Fat Fries
This is my absolute favorite thing to order! They are delicious!
Albondigas
The Spanish-style meatballs (albondigas) at this restaurant are the best that I've ever had!
Escargot
Perfectly prepared with the right amount of garlic. So delicious.
Tuna Tiradito
Absolutely amazing. Very fresh. Really enjoyed the sweet and heat combo with the tuna
Mac-n-Smoked Gouda
Some of the best Mac & Cheese I've ever had!
Mac-n-Smoked Gouda
The Mac-n-smoked Gouda is a dish ordered everyone I go to Pamplona. The cheese pull is out of this world and the flavor is unlike anything else. Subtle smoke, strong cheese. Definitely a must have.
Gambas Al Ajillo
The shrimp were cooked to perfection. This is definitely one of my favorites. Problem is everything is delicious. Try something new each time you go.
Pork Tenderloin
The perfect blend of spicy and sweet! An unexpected marriage of flavors.
